Cancellation Course Policy
All course cancellations should be made by written notification. Our return payment policy is as follows:
CANCELLATION PRIOR TO COURSE |
PAYMENT RETURN |
| 10 days or more | 100% |
| 4 – 9 days | No payment return; customer gets credit for a year to take the same course or any other of APICS courses. |
| 0 – 3 days | No payment return; customer gets credit for a year only for the same course. If course participant workbooks have changed, customer will pay cost of new materials. |
